What we collect and store

While you visit our site, we’ll track:

    • Products you’ve viewed: we’ll use this to, for example, show you products you’ve recently viewed
    • Location, IP address and browser type: we’ll use this for purposes like estimating taxes and shipping
    • Shipping address: we’ll ask you to enter this so we can, for instance, estimate shipping before you place an order, and send you the order!

We’ll also use cookies to keep track of cart contents while you’re browsing our site.

When you purchase from us, we’ll ask you to provide information including your name, billing address, shipping address, email address, phone number, credit card/payment details and optional account information like username and password. We’ll use this information for purposes, such as, to:

For example, we will store order information for 7 years for tax and accounting purposes. This includes your name, email address and billing and shipping addresses.

We will also store comments or reviews, if you choose to leave them.

Who on our team has access

Members of our team have access to the information you provide us. For example, both Administrators and Shop Managers can access:

    • Order information like what was purchased, when it was purchased and where it should be sent, and
    • Customer information like your name, email address, and billing and shipping information.

Our team members have access to this information to help fulfill orders, process refunds and support you.

What we share with others

We share information with third parties who help us provide our orders and store services to you; for example —

When shopping, we keep a record of your email and the cart contents for up to 30 days on our server. This record is kept to repopulate the contents of your cart if you switch devices or needed to come back another day. Read our privacy policy here.

Akismet:

We collect information about visitors who comment on Sites that use our Akismet anti-spam service. The information we collect for the Site are,  the commenter’s IP address, user agent, referrer, and Site URL (along with other information directly provided by the commenter such as their name, username, email address, and the comment itself).

Responses

If you leave a comment on this site we will collect the following data: your IP address and browser agent, an anonymous string based on your email address (this is also called a hash), your gravatar information if you use one. Once your response has been approved, your profile photo will be publicly visible in the context of your response.

Media

If you are a registered user and upload images to the site, you must avoid uploading images with EXIF GPS location data.Visitors to the website can download the images from the website and view the location data.

Cookies

When you leave a comment on our site, you can indicate whether your name, your e-mail address and website may be stored in a cookie. We do this for your convenience so that you do not have to enter this information again for a new response. These cookies are valid for one year.
If you have an account and you log in to this site, we will store a temporary cookie to determine whether your browser accepts cookies. This cookie contains no personal information and is deleted as soon as you close your browser.
As soon as you log in, we will store some cookies in connection with your login information and screen display options. Login cookies are valid for 2 days and cookies for screen display options for 1 year. If you select “Remember me”, your login will be saved for 2 weeks. As soon as you log out of your account, login cookies are deleted.
When you change or publish a message, an additional cookie is stored by your browser. This cookie does not contain any personal data and only contains the post ID of the item that you have edited. This cookie expired after a day.

How long do we keep your data

When you leave a response, that response and the metadata of that response will be saved forever. In this way, we can automatically recognize and approve follow-up responses instead of moderating them.
For users registered on our website (if applicable), we also store personal information in their user profile. All users can view, change or delete their personal information at any time (the username cannot be changed). Website administrators can also view and change this information.
What rights you have over your data

If you have an account on this site or have left comments, you can request an export file of your personal information that we have from you, including all information that you have provided to us. You can also request that we remove all personal information that we have from you. This does not contain any data that we are required to keep for administrative, legal or security purposes.
